With our new Chief Executive now in post, we are about to embark on a major transformation in how we operate and how we deliver our services for our tenants and the wider community of Waltham Forest.  

Joining as our Deputy Chief Executive, a newly created post, you will get a unique opportunity and the freedom to influence, develop and implement high quality and innovative operational services and help shape and deliver an organisational wide change programme. As the new Head of Asset Management you’ll be empowered to build an extremely competitive team that delivers high quality services while driving up customer satisfaction. As Head of Customer Services you’ll be entrusted to deliver first class customer services which focuses on there needs of our tenants and their families.


As corporate team players you will bring us your ability as strategic managers, successful track records of delivery and the experience to make a significant contribution and impact across the organisation as a whole.


Do this and you will help us make a real step change in the lives of our tenants and their families who live in our 12,000 homes. You will also get the commitment and determination of our key stakeholder to make a lasting impact on our Borough, including the active participation in its wider regeneration and development.
